Flu vac checker
Please enter the dates from your horse’s vaccination record into this spreadsheet and forward it with your entry AND photographs of the relevant pages of the horse’s passport (horse details page(s) and vaccination records).
If your horse is already on the TREC GB Flu Vac Register then you do not need to send the Flu Vac Checker or the photos of passport pages. Please quote the horse’s reference number on the entry form.
Don’t forget to bring the original passport with you to the event, no matter which route you took.
